Most coaching sessions are offered online by Zoom. Some in person options may be available depending on location and scheduling. If you are unsure, text Karen and ask what is possible for you.

Karen schedules primarily in Arizona Time, and Arizona does not change for daylight savings time.

Once payment is received, confirmation of payment and your appointment details will be sent by email, along with a Zoom link for your session when applicable.
You will receive a recording of your session. Recordings are available for five days and should be downloaded within that time for your personal records.
