Clearings and blessings include the inside of the home or business and the outside property areas connected to it. This may include front yard spaces, back yard spaces, and the overall perimeter of the property. The intention is to clear and bless the full environment you live and work within.

Every space is different, and Karen follows what is most supportive in the moment. Clearings and blessings are grounded and respectful. The goal is not to create fear. The goal is to bring calm, clarity, and support to the space.

A clearing and blessing typically includes:

• a conversation about what you are noticing in the space
• walking through the entire home or business, including the property areas outside
• setting intentions for how you want the space to feel
• smoke cleansing using sage or palo santo
• a second walk through to ensure the energy feels clear and complete
• crystal placement inside the home or business
• repeating the process outside, followed by crystal placement outside

Karen may also use incense and candles as a centered point while working.

Karen brings crystals that may be placed inside and outside of the space, such as Himalayan salt rocks and selenite rods. If there is a major overall energy you want to anchor, and you would like a specific crystal, Karen will guide you on how to choose what fits your space and your intention.

When it is time to place crystals outside, Karen prefers to have the homeowner or business owner place the crystals themselves. This helps anchor your energy and intention into the land.

Clearings are available for homes and businesses. Business clearings can be helpful for offices, studios, storefronts, and work spaces where energy and stress can build over time.

For safety and flow during the clearing, there should not be any small children in the home or business during the session. If you have questions about what counts as small children, text Karen and she will help you plan the best approach.

Please also arrive clear minded. If anyone present is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the session will need to be rescheduled.

Pricing varies and is based on factors such as location, travel, size of the space, and the scope of the clearing. Because every space is different, pricing is provided individually after Karen receives a few details.
