Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:30 pm PT / 8:30 pm ET, I will be hosting two weekly meditation groups, 

A Way Forward Meditation Group, is a wonderfully supportive and soul-nurturing guided meditation group.  Come as you are, no pressure, just presence in the moment and feeling the support of a Light filled community.

The gathering will last approximately 45–60 minutes and will be held via Zoom.
